- BG EPR® Engine Performance Restoration® softens, emulsifies, and dissolves even the most stubborn fuel gums that clog piston rings. It cleans micro passageways to maintain the critical hydraulic function of components. It removes carbon deposits, restores compression, lowers tailpipe emissions, and reduces oil consumption by restoring ring function. BG Advanced Formula MOA® protects engine components and fortifies all brands of engine oil. It uses friction modifiers that enhance the fuel economy and fuel economy retention properties of engine oils. It controls the formation of sludge and varnish and retains performance throughout the service interval. BG Advanced Formula MOA® keeps piston rings from sticking, stabilizes oil viscosity, prevents increased exhaust emissions, reduces wear, prevents sludge and varnish, and is resistant to evaporative oil loss.
- Lubricate and check chassis. Change oil and oil filter. Check air filter and breather filter. Check all fluid levels and tire pressures.
- Thoroughly cleaned off all accumulated oil, grime, and other fluids from the exterior surface of the engine block to ensure a clean and visible area for inspection. This process involved using specialized cleaning agents and tools to break down and remove the built-up contaminants, allowing for a clear view of any potential leaks. After cleaning, UV dye was carefully added to the engine oil to help identify any future leaks more effectively. The dye will fluoresce under UV light, making it easier to locate any oil leaks during the follow-up inspection. The customer has been advised to return for a follow-up inspection in approximately 200 miles of driving, at which point the vehicle will be checked to confirm the location of any leaks.
- Replace Front Brake Pad Linings and Front Brake Disc Rotors. Clean and lubricate Brake Calipers and Slide mechanisms. Check and fill brake fluid. Road test vehicle.
- Check brake fluid for moisture and contamination. Inspect all hydraulic line and hoses. Inspect calipers and wheel cylinders. Inspect master cylinder and cap. Flush entire brake system including master cylinder, calipers, wheel cylinders until clean.
- REMOVE WHEEL(S) FROM VEHICLE; REMOVE OLD TIRE(S) FROM RIM; INCLUDES REPLACEMENT OF VALVE STEM(S) AND/OR TPMS SERVICE KIT(S) AS NEEDED; CLEAN RIM(S) OF ANY CORROSION, APPLY BEAD SEALER AS NEEDED AND REMOVE OLD WHEEL WEIGHTS; INSTALL NEW TIRE(S) AND COMPUTER SPIN BALANCE; RE INSTALL ON VEHICLE AND TORQUE WHEELS TO APPROPRIATE SPECIFICATIONS.
- Road test vehicle. Check all suspension and steering parts for wear. Check tire pressure and condition. Check riding height. Check alignment of all four wheels. Adjust caster, camber, toe-in, and thrust angle as needed on all four wheels. Center steering wheel.
