- IDENTIFIED TRANSMISSION COOLER LINES HAVE BECOME DISCONNECTED FROM RADIATOR; INSPECTED AND RE-INSTALLED TRANSMISSION COOLER LINES; CLEANED TRANSMISSION FLUID OFF AS BEST AS POSSIBLE; REASSEMBLE AND RECHECK
- R + R TRANSMISSION FILTER AND FLUID; INSPECT FLUID LEVEL AND TRANSMISSION FILTER FOR METAL/DEBRIS; REPLACE FLUID AND FILTER W/NEW, REASSEMBLE AND RECHECK
- Inspect hoses and clamps. Pressure test cooling system. Drain and refill coolant . Check thermostat and electric cooling fan operation.
- PRESSURE TEST COOLING SYSTEM; CHECK FOR LEAKS; CHECK WATER PUMP AND THERMOSTAT OPERATION
- R + R ENGINE OIL COOLER, OIL PRESSURE SWITCH AND COOLANT TEMPERATURE SENSOR; REPLACE ALL W/NEW, REASSEMBLE AND RECHECK
- Lubricate and check chassis. Change oil and oil filter. Check air filter and breather filter. Check all fluid levels and tire pressures.
- R + R REAR SHOCK ABSORBERS; REPLACE W/NEW, REASSEMBLE AND RECHECK
- Check brake fluid for moisture and contamination. Inspect all hydraulic line and hoses. Inspect calipers and wheel cylinders. Inspect master cylinder and cap. Flush entire brake system including master cylinder, calipers, wheel cylinders until clean.

- INSTALL AIR FILTER
- CABIN AIR FILTER – Remove & Replace
- R + R BATTERY; REPLACE W/NEW, REASSEMBLE AND RECHECK
- Replace Rear Brake Pad Linings and Rear Brake Rotors. Clean and lubricate Brake Calipers and slide mechanisms. Check and fill brake fluid. Road test vehicle.
